English bilingualism

From kindergarten, pupils grow up in an environment rich in English. Daily exposure fosters listening, understanding and spontaneity. In Year 1, this immersion becomes more structured to consolidate oral foundations and gradually introduce first written learning. The aim is to develop confidence and the pleasure of expressing oneself in English from an early age.

From Year 2, pupils benefit from 4 hours of English per week in homogeneous ability groups (beginner, intermediate, advanced). This organisation allows: learning adapted to each person's pace, coherent and differentiated progression, balanced development of oral and written skills. Immersion continues through PE in English and art in English. These subjects are taught by native speakers, guaranteeing authentic exposure to the language and anglophone culture.

In middle school, the bilingual path takes on an even more ambitious dimension. Pupils follow: 4 hours of English per week in homogeneous ability groups (beginner, intermediate, expert), 4.5 hours of workshops in English: media, music and theatre, PE in English. The workshops foster oral expression, creativity and public speaking. Pupils develop fluency, linguistic precision and argumentation skills.

Thanks to structured progression, organisation in ability groups and the involvement of native teachers, our establishment offers a true English bilingual path from kindergarten to middle school. This immersion is fully part of our international school identity, preparing pupils to continue their studies in France or abroad with confidence and openness.
